My and my husband went baby shopping yesterday at local boutique. I found a stroller that i like. Its called The Orbit Stroller. I just like it. It looked modern and very compact. The lady told us it was $ 900. I wasn’t completely shocked but it was alot higher than i wanted to pay.

It comes with a car seat attachment and some other accessories. After researching it online. I found that the celebrities like this stroller. Totally not the reason why i liked it.

However i mentioned to my mother-in-law yesterday “That i finally found the stroller I’m gonna buy” and she yelled at me “That i don’t need a 900 stroller and that i should be happy with anything.” I wasn’t asking her to purchase it for me. I’m almost 29 years old and i have descent job. I would never ask anyone to purchase such an extravagant gift for me. But i believe that if i want something and i can save for it. That i’m entitled to it.

My father had a fantastic job while i was crowning up and i was taught from that small age that if you want something badly, work hard and you can have it. On the other hand my in-laws always struggled. And feel that its wasteful.

My mother wanted a carriage when i was born. That carriage set her back 350 dollars in 1979. She even had it imported from England. My mother (before my dads great job) save for it from the time she found out she was pregnant until she stopped working 1 month before i was born.

I also feel that if i can save for it i’m entitle to it because i had my first child when i was 21 and struggled very hard. I didn’t get one thing that was new or even have a baby shower.

Besides this my in laws are driving me crazy. And one day i’m explode. I’m i wrong to want the best?
I’m not putting myself in debt to get this stroller. For the past year i have been saving $50 a week. I want to open a small bussiness in the future and i know it takes money.

I figured i could take a break from that and put the $50 towards my stroller. Also my boss usually gives us a $500 dollar bonus for christmas. I never count on it but if i do get this year i could put that towards my stroller too.

My in-laws are cheap but they are also, i don’t know, they will buy the cheapest TV they can find knowing that will break after a few years but tney save 100 bucks. Rather than save their money and get the better more expensive one that will last 15. In the long run they will spend 3 times amount on replacing/fixing the cheap one.

I was brought up if it too good to be true theres a reason. She i can get a travel system in Kmart (what she suggested i get) or Walmart but it wont last me more than one child and it will still cost $200

My dad just got a brand new Mustang GT. I’m racking my brain trying to find something to get him for christmas and I thought getting him something for his new car would be great. Any ideas? I’m not much of a car person so i don’t really know something specific. It would have to be less than like $60 and it has to be an accesory to the car, not like a model of it or anything. His car is the really bright red not the dark maroon they have. I don’t know if that helps but you never know.

Thanks in advance!

Need input on marketing a product to home improvement chains such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.

We want to downgrade to a smaller more realistic home.
DO you know of successes out there that were using a special technique? Was it by owner? Or with a specific real estate copmany?

I have the insurance - which I guess guarantees replacement (for around $100). But, I do not want them to say that it is cosmetic (and then not replace it) - I really need a new blackberry because the track ball gets stuck when I need to move the cursor left. ANY TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE A SUCCESSFUL INSURANCE CLAIM? Thanks everyone for the help!

He is a pro demonstrating new season´s colors, but he´s doing the whole make up process: sun protection, age prevention… eye make up, etc.

Ok I’m trying to drum up some business, I sell cosmetics and I’m putting up flyers advertising free makeovers, and or makeup. What else can I do? This is a my side hustle and I need to get busy.

I live in a duplex and the people on the other side are in the middle of some major home improvement escapade.

They’re hammering and sawing and apparently ripping the floor up. They’ve been doing this ALL day and they aren’t showing any signs of stopping…in fact, their friends just came over to help.

I don’t wanna be rude, but I have to get up at 6 AM and I kinda need to sleep. Would it be really rude of me to go over and ask them to stop?
