I am building a home for a customer who also wants to build a large (100 x 200) equestrian arena with stalls to board horses. Could anyone give me an approxemate cost per square foot to have one built? Also, any tips on what would be good features for such a building to have.
I have a Honda del sol and it has tons of engine work done, its a great car but looks terrible. i need a new paint job, dents fixed, new tires, new rims, new window seals, and a few other small things. how can i get any of these things super cheap or free, or where can i get a sponser?
I’m looking for one that has the option of tilting it back slightly if that makes any sense. If he falls asleep, I’d like him to be able to lay his head back instead of it flopping forward.
Do any or all of the Britax models have this feature? Which one do you own and which one would you recommend? Thanks!
I am trying to remodel my cabana (small one room mini house outside my home) as best I can with my skill set, which is pretty much I can paint and pound nails. I’m looking for simple ideas for things that don’t involve knocking down walls or anything at all drastic. remember that this is a teenage girl attempting to do these things please!
the cabana is fairly small, and it already is about 1/3 full with a bunkbed my brothers left there. I want to turn it into someplace that my friends and I can hang out, without them constantly shrieking because of spiders.

If you have no friends in high school, will you have friends in college? Can you forget all the bad things that happened in high school and have a new start in college?
My husband & I are buying a house with an open two story foyer and I am wondering if it is possible to close the upstairs portion of the open foyer? We would like to make it into another small bedroom or walk in closet, etc. We have seen this option with other homes when choosing to build but we arent sure if thats something you need to have done while its being built or if its something we can do now, since the house is 4 yrs old. If anyone has done this in their home please let me know how difficult it was and how expensive it ran. Also, who did you contact to do the work? An architect or general home improvements contractor? Thanks!
I own a lot in a subdivision that once had a home on it, so it’s already cleared and has all utilities. I’m trying to compare and debate the relative costs and benefits of building modular versus hiring a contractor to stick build from the ground up. Where can I get typical costs to build a conventional home in my area, Greensboro, North Carolina, without buying expensive software or a book? I just want to find out the costs of a single story, cape cod, and two-story of average quality, without any side improvement costs or realotr fees built in.
I want to get a debt consolidation loan, WITHOUT using my home equity, but they are telling me my credit score is great, but by ratio is too high. Well, I want to consolidate all the CC debt I have, but it’s running me in circles. What’s the point of trying to get a consolidation loan if they won’t lend it to you because you have too much debt? Does anyone know of ANY bank or anywhere I can turn to that understands and can try and help me? Thank you for your help!
