We are considereing selling our 3 bedroom house to purchase a four bedroom house as there seems to be an upsurge of four bedders on the market, ahead of the packs being introduced in August.
Does this seem to be a good idea or wait until the new year when all four bedders have to have detailed surveys.

My husband and I are trying to straighten out our finances because we have a lot of debt (credit cards mostly) and we want to buy a house. Everyone tells us that getting a a debt consolidation loan will help because we can combine all of our debts into one monthly payment, but we kept getting turned down or offered a low amount because we have too much credit being used. What’s the point of a debt consolidation loan if your too much in debt?

I have been trying to get help from many tv show personalities but they never respond to my emails like Dr. Phil, Montel, Oprah, Sylvia Brown and so on. I have been asking for help for a year now. So maybe some special person who would like to help this Grandma out so my grandchild can be taken out of foster care before this Christmas, they have spent 18 months separated from family and their brother who is in another foster home.
The kind of help I need is to launch my web business so I can support the children I have a home and lots of love and enough money to pay my bills but I need this business so I can support them and make improvements to my house that the Adoption Agency wants me to do.
I drive 400 miles twice a month to see them for 1 hour at a time. It is very expensive for gas and my van is a 1993 Astro Chevy it is getting worn out from all the driving, I can not afford another vehicle. My grandchildren and me would be forever indebted so we can be together.

I also have a hole in the wall from the hammer when I was trying to hang my picture. How can I repair that? Plaster? Any help, I would appreciate!

I am in dire need of a debt consolidation loan and I have bad credit. I can make things work with $5000, but I do not know where to start. I have seen people with yahoo addresses claiming they can loan money but they sound fishy as it is not a company email, their emails always seem to be yahoo. Any info will help. I fell on hard times and am now able to pay my monthly bills but I cant seem to catch up what I fell behind on. PLEASE help asap. I have a 5yr old and I do not want him to suffer us loosing our home or car.
I’ve been looking at cars lately and I really like the rx-8, but hear that it isn’t so great in the long run. I plan to buy a new car.. but I want to buy a car that has good ratings in speed, torque, gas efficiency, and a nice exterior look(sleek? stylish?). I know it’s a lot to ask.. but I want to get something that great and long lasting and fun to cruise in. If you have any suggestions shoot em at me. Thanks all
